• Engineering calculation history, downloaded file records, and support request records

3. Data Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed for carrying out membership operations, providing subscription services, conducting online sales and delivery processes, payment and accounting operations, providing support services, conducting information security activities, fulfilling legal obligations, and responding to authorized institution requests.

5. Transfer and Storage

Personal data may be transferred to payment institutions, accounting service providers, cargo/delivery service providers, server and infrastructure providers, and authorized public institutions in accordance with applicable legislation. Data is stored for the periods prescribed by relevant legislation; at the end of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

Data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information about processed data, learn the purpose of processing, request correction, request deletion or destruction, learn third parties to whom data has been transferred, and claim compensation in case of damage. B. Explicit Consent Statement

Processing personal data for campaigns, promotions, marketing, commercial electronic communications, and improving the user experience is subject to the explicit consent of the data subject. Explicit consent may be obtained through electronic approval and may be withdrawn by the data subject at any time.
