1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website (arenmex.prbilet.com) and related services provided by Arenmex ("Company"). By using our website or services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Service Description

Arenmex provides the following services:

• Engineering Calculation Modules: Spring calculation, analysis, and optimization tools
• 3D Modeling: Model generation in STL, OBJ, DXF, and other formats
• Product Catalog: Sale of stocked and custom-manufactured products
• Technical Drawing: Technical drawing generation in PDF and DXF formats

3. Account Creation and Security

You may need to create an account to use our services. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You must keep your account information confidential
• You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account
• You must immediately report unauthorized access

4. Membership Packages and Payment

Payment terms for paid packages are specified during purchase. Invoices are issued monthly or annually. Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing period.

5. Online Sales, Production, and Delivery

Digital membership packages, stocked products, and custom-manufactured products prepared according to the customer’s requested technical dimensions, material, quantity, or drawing may be offered for sale through Arenmex. Physical product shipments are made from Turkey.

• Stocked products: They are prepared after payment and order approval. Preparation and handover-to-cargo time may be specified separately on the product page, quote/approval screen, or order email. The cargo company’s delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and carrier operation.
• Custom-manufactured products: Production time starts after approval of technical dimensions, material information, quantities, quote, and payment. This period may be notified separately for the order, and the parties may agree on a longer delivery period.
• Shipping and tracking: The cargo company, delivery fee, return carrier, and any additional costs are notified before payment or during order approval. Tracking information for shipped orders may be shared through the order screen, email, or tracking link provided on the website. If the buyer requests a carrier other than the one notified by the seller, the seller may not be responsible for loss or damage risk after handover to that carrier.
• Delay and impossibility: If delivery or production of the order becomes objectively impossible, the buyer is informed through a durable medium and the refund process is carried out in accordance with legislation. A change in stock information alone is not considered impossibility.

6. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund

Withdrawal and refund processes are applied according to the nature of the product or service. The buyer’s statutory rights regarding defective goods, incomplete delivery, and warranty are reserved.

• Digital memberships and immediately performed services: After service access is opened or digital content is delivered with the user’s approval, the right of withdrawal may not be available.
• Custom-manufactured products: For products prepared according to the buyer’s requests or personal/technical needs, the right of withdrawal may not be available as long as the product is not defective and is manufactured in accordance with the order, and refund requests based on a change of preference may not be accepted. If the Company accepts a refund request within this scope, the return shipping/cargo cost may belong to the buyer as long as the product is not defective. Cancellation requests after production has started are evaluated by considering incurred costs.
• Stocked physical products: For products within the scope of withdrawal rights, the buyer may submit a withdrawal notice within 14 days from delivery and must send the product back within 10 days from the withdrawal notice.
• Return shipping: Products to be returned under withdrawal must be sent through the contracted carrier notified in preliminary information or order approval. For returns accepted based on the buyer’s change of preference where the product is not defective and was delivered in accordance with the order, the return shipping/cargo cost may belong to the buyer to the extent permitted by legislation. If a carrier other than the notified carrier is selected, additional costs and transport risk may belong to the buyer.
• Refund: After the withdrawal notice is duly received, payment is refunded through the original payment method, considering statutory periods and the condition of the returned product.

7. Acceptable Use

The following actions are prohibited while using our services:

• Use for unlawful purposes
• Attempts to access the system without authorization
• Uploading malicious software or code
• Causing excessive load on the service
• Commercial resale of calculation results
• Accessing other users’ information

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, logo, software, and calculation algorithms on our website are the intellectual property of Arenmex. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of these materials is prohibited.

Usage rights for the calculation results and 3D models you generate are determined according to your membership package.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Important changes will be notified by email. Continuing to use the services after changes means that you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In consumer transactions, application rights to legally authorized Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are reserved. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes that may arise with merchants or buyers who do not qualify as consumers.
